- No booking fee of € 11.50

Early arrival 12:00 pm at a cost of € 22.50 p.p.

No booking fee:
For a hotel reservation made over the phone, reservation fees will be charged. For an online hotel reservation, no booking fees will be charged.
Free extended arrival from 12:00 hrs:
You can use all facilities within Preston Palace from 12:00 and your room will be available from 15:00. This benefit applies to the entire composition of your hotel reservation.
Free extension departure until 14:00 hrs:
You may use all facilities within Preston Palace until 14:00. Your room will be available until 11:00. This benefit applies to the entire composition of your hotel reservation.
Dinner Silverado Bistro:
You can enjoy an extensive à la carte dinner at Silverado Bistro with the entire company. Based on availability and opening hours.
5% discount on the booking:
Here you will receive 5% discount on the entire hotel reservation.
10% discount on the booking:
Here you will receive 10% discount on the entire hotel reservation.
Determination of past 2 years
By past 2 years, we mean the period from today's date to 24 months back. Example: Today is 9 February 2021. Then the number of hotel reservations between 9 February 2021 and 9 February 2019 determines which category you are in. Different hotel reservations under the same name and with the same dates of stay count as 1 reservation.
Entry into the Preston Palace Privileges loyalty program
This loyalty programme is new and applies to all new hotel reservations made from 9 February 2018. This cancels any previous loyalty agreements.
Web hotel reservations
For web hotel reservations, these extras are not automatically applied during the booking process. This is done after booking by our Reservations Department. You will receive a message about this from our staff in the Reservations Department.
Based on availability
The extras offered during your booking are a one-time offer and are subject to availability. If they are not available at the time of your hotel reservation, they cannot be redeemed at another time. Refunds are not possible. The offer cannot be redeemed for other products or services. To make the best use of our loyalty program, we therefore advise you to book early.
Cancellation
If you are forced to cancel your hotel reservation, your booking privileges will also expire.
Book with the same contact details
If you wish to enjoy the Preston Palace Privileges, it is important that you make your hotel reservation with the same contact details for each booking. This is the only way our system will recognise you as a regular guest. Bookings with (partially) different contact details cannot be added together.
Exclusion
In the event of (suspected) abuse, violation of the house rules or without stating a reason: Preston Palace reserves the right to remove guests from the Preston Palace Privilege Programme. Any third parties are excluded from the Preston Palace Privilege Programme: please book directly with Preston Palace to be eligible for Preston Palace Privileges.
Rights
Preston Palace reserves the right to make changes to Preston Palace Privileges at any time, without giving reasons.
