The all-in hotel package includes:

GastenApp

Use the GastenApp to make reservations for dinner during your stay. This is possible from a week before arrival. Breakfast, lunch and other facilities are open zones and do not need to be reserved.

Rates

Children under the age of 17 are charged half price.
Children under the age of 2 are charged at a set rate of €17.50 per night. This includes a cot in the room, if required.
Single use of multiple room: €25.00 per room per night.

Checking in and out

Check-in and start of your package deal: 3 pm 
Check-out and end of your package deal: 11 am

On the day of arrival we will keep your hotel room available until 7 pm at the latest, after which time it will be made available again. If you do need to check in after 7 pm, please let us know in good time by contacting the Reservations department.

Booking extras

Arrive earlier from 12 noon
Can't wait to enjoy your all-inclusive stay? Then add this extra and arrive earlier! Arriving earlier on the day of arrival is possible from 12 noon and costs € 22.50 per person. Children aged 3 to 17 € 11.25 p.p. This includes lunch, the subtropical swimming paradise and many game facilities. The hotel room will be available from 3 pm.

Extension until 2 pm on your departure day
Want to enjoy your all-inclusive stay even longer? Stretch that holiday feeling with this extra! The stay longer on your day of departure option is available until 2 pm at € 22.50 p.p. Children aged 3 to 17 € 11.25 p.p. This includes lunch, the subtropical swimming paradise and many game facilities. Your hotel room is available until 11 am.

Extension until 7 pm on your departure day
Stretch that relaxed holiday feeling with this extra and finish with a delicious dinner! The staying longer on your departure day option is available until 7 pm for €50.00 p.p. Children aged 3 to 17 €25.00 p.p. This includes lunch, dinner, drinks, the subtropical swimming paradise and many game facilities. Your hotel room is available until 11 am.

Decorating service
Add that little something extra with Preston Palace's decorating service. Surprise your party with a decorated room consisting of: a paper chain, balloons, streamers and a festive card with name. € 15.00 each.

Romantic surprise
Book a romantic surprise with a personal message in your hotel room. Comprises a bottle of bubbly, two glasses, delicious chocolates, a red rose and a romantic personal message. € 29.95 each.

Guest rules

Due to compulsory identification, every guest must have a valid identity document. You will be asked to produce this on arrival.

• We ask our guests to observe the Preston Palace Code of Conduct and House Rules.
• At Preston Palace we appreciate correct attire.
• Pets are not allowed.
  
  The contact person must be present before the group can be given access to the hotel. For this reason we would like the contact person to arrive first.
